Can Verdera

Can Verdera is a peaceful country house set on a 70,000 m² estate surrounded by nature. The land is dotted with olive trees, almond trees and other Mediterranean fruit trees, creating a calm and authentic rural atmosphere. Despite its seclusion, the house is just a short drive from the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç, the town of Pollença and the Port.

Exterior
A private lane lined with greenery leads to the house, which remains hidden from view until you reach the entrance. A vine-covered pergola shades the front of the house and adds character to the outdoor space.
The covered terrace is perfect for al fresco living, with a large dining table, armchairs, and a relaxed sitting area with rocking chairs. Just opposite, the 4 x 8 metre pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, a built-in barbecue, and a lovely garden backdrop. There’s also a table tennis area with rackets provided — ideal for families or relaxed afternoons in the sun.

Interior
The entrance leads into a spacious open-plan living and dining area, furnished with rustic pieces and cheerful textiles that bring colour and warmth to the space. The high, beamed ceilings and large windows create a bright and comfortable atmosphere, with direct access to the terrace.
The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a pantry. A laundry room with washing machine and ironing board is located just next to it.
A small hallway connects the three double bedrooms: two with twin beds and one larger room with a double bed and private en-suite with shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub is shared by the other rooms. The bedrooms feature simple white linens, soft lighting and garden views.
The house has central heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Can Verdera is located in a rural area between Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and with easy access to the main attractions in the north of the island.
The nearest beach is 4 km away, in Cala Sant Vicenç. Port de Pollença is just 3 km away, and the historic town of Pollença is 5 km from the property. Several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes’ drive.
The nearest golf course is 8 km away, Alcúdia is 12 km, and Palma and the airport are approximately 58 km from the house.
