FAQ - Can Botana Villas

The Can Botana Villas complex is located 45 minutes from Palma.

We collaborate with several transfer companies. If our guests are interested in hiring this service, we can process it. There is a portable barbecue under the stairs. Use it as many times as you want, but please, we would appreciate it if it is as clean as possible before your departure.

In case there are new guests arriving on the same date, the only time you can leave the villa is 10 in the morning, as our cleaning team needs that time to be able to leave the villa in perfect condition for the next entry. This is quite common in the high season (May-October), which is the busiest time of the year.

You do not need to bring a hairdryer, as you can have one available, which is usually located in the en-suite bathroom. As for cleaning supplies, guests usually buy everything they need for their stay, although we always try to leave whatever is left over from previous guests, as well as a couple of rolls of toilet paper.

The 12 villas are located around the pool area. Villas numbers 12, 11, 10, 9, 8 and 7 are located right on the strip below the pool area. Villas number 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 6, above the pool area. 

However, it is important that you know that there are certain rules that we send to all our guests in which we require them to respect the rest hours of other guests and to try not to make noise in the pool or garden area during normal hours. calm.

The pool measures about 16 meters long by 5 meters wide and has a children’s area.

It is very sunny throughout the morning, so the best time to sunbathe is before 3 p.m. However, keep in mind that the beach is just a 3-minute walk from Can Botana Villas and that there is sun until very late.

The closest beach 300 meters from the complex is called Cala Molins and is excellent for families with children and elderly people. It is a sandy beach with impressive views of the Cavall Bernat mountain and is very good for diving, canoeing and sunbathing until late.

Apart from this there is a beautiful cove of stone about 4 minutes walk away called Cala Carbó. It is the perfect place for a solo swim first and last thing in the day.

Cala San Vicente is 7-9 km from Puerto de Pollença, although it is important to know that the beaches there are not that good. Depending on the wind and weather conditions in Cala San Vicente, we recommend that you go to beaches such as Formentor or Alcúdia, especially Playas de Muro, in case you want to explore other beach areas. 

Pollença is an inland town, which does not have any beach. Still, it should be a must-see stop for its charming atmosphere, historic buildings and some interesting events. It offers the opportunity to enjoy a stunning and very picturesque mountain landscape and some worthwhile cultural and commercial services such as the Sunday market.

If you need a pharmacy, there is one in front of the Hotel Don Pedro in Cala Barques: Warning (there are many complaints about abusive prices)

Are there additional costs? First of all, it is vital that it is clear that Can Botana Villas are apartments that only offer the accommodation service with a kitchen, so clients will not find any type of groceries or extras upon arrival. 

The house will be perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival and you will be provided with towels and bed linen for the first week (1 set per person). 

On the seventh day our cleaning company will change the sheets and towels in addition to a cleaning review of the house. However, in case you may be interested in additional cleaning services during your stay, we offer you the telephone number of the manager of the cleaning company, who will inform you about their prices and availability, since this would not be included. in the price and it would be at your expense.
