It has an exterior surrounding the entire property where you can enjoy sunny days. At the front of the house two Melias provide shade for the patio. Outside there is a shower to cool off after a swim in the sea as well as several seating areas with tables and chairs. It also has two barbecues. Can Abubilla is lucky to have a wonderful young woman working for us, Mhean has been taking care of our house and our children for 3 years. We also have our gardener Pedro who takes care of our garden to enjoy it in the different seasons of the year. Mhean comes every day (except Sunday) to cook (breakfast\lunch), clean and do daily laundry. He speaks English and for us he is a treasure. Pedro comes once a week, sometimes twice depending on the time of year.

* Community expenses, IBI, solid waste tax, home insurance and WI-FI are included in the rental price, the rest of the supplies will be the responsibility of the tenant. *Pets are not accepted.
