Can Llum

Can Llum is located in the quiet residential area of Los Encinares, in Cala Sant Vicenç. Just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by nature, it is ideal for families looking for comfort, privacy, and the convenience of a single-level layout.
Exterior
The main entrance sits slightly elevated above the garden. A short staircase leads to the front terrace, where you’ll find a relaxing outdoor area with a table tennis setup and seating space under the shade of tall pine trees.
At the back of the house, the outdoor area is designed for enjoying open-air living. The garden is spacious and green, with natural grass and trees that provide shade and freshness. There’s also a built-in barbecue and a stone dining table with iron chairs, perfect for long summer meals outdoors.
The private swimming pool has a curved shape that blends naturally with the garden. Surrounded by lawn and trees, and protected by a large sunshade, it’s one of the most inviting corners of the property.
Interior
A small entrance hall leads to the main living space, where the lounge, dining area and kitchen are part of one open, bright room. The interior is simple and functional, with natural materials and soft colours. A marés stone fireplace adds character to the room.
The white, open-plan kitchen is practical and fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a small pantry. Large windows and sliding doors connect the space to the outdoors and allow plenty of natural light.
All three double bedrooms have direct access to the front terrace. One of the rooms includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway, and there’s a third outdoor bathroom with shower.
Wooden floors add warmth throughout the house. The wooden wardrobes bring a rustic touch, while white bedding and colourful textiles give brightness to the bedrooms.
