Hiring a car is not a must, there are public buses that can take you to Pollensa town, The Port, Formentor and some interesting excursions offered by the north of the island of Mallorca.

The Botana Villas complex offers a good combination of beach-mountain. For those who want to enjoy the mountains and the beach this is the best choice. They are located within a 2-minute walk from Cala Molins in the foothills of a mountain. The villa is updated and has everything needed for a holiday as enjoyable.

Botana villa n. 7 is the last house in the bottom row of the complex and it offers beautiful side views.

DESCRIPTION. Like in all of them, the entrance on the ground floor leads directly to the lounge/dining room area. There’s a small toilet on the left and the kitchen is right in front of the main door. This floor opens to the right overlooking the garden.

Some years ago we made improvements to the flooring, the bathrooms, toilet and kitchen tiling, the bathroom fittings as well as a wonderful large kitchen. Besides, we installed air conditioning in the three main bedrooms as well as in the living room. Our aim is to make sure that our guests can enjoy not only a unique spot but also a home that offers all the amenities that one needs to feel at home.

The large kitchen has new electrical appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, and dishwasher. The layout enables a dining area in the kitchen itself, which is very convenient.

Upstairs there is the upper floor where the three double rooms are. The White & red room is so named because the clarity and cleanliness of white dominates the room, combined with red and white furniture. It has an en suite bathroom with a comfy shower in a rustic style with ocher and white walls and wooden accessories.

From the white & red room, there’s access to a balcony, where one can see the beach of Cala Molins, which in turn connects to the bedroom next door, another twin bedroom decorated in a similar rustic style.
Getting out of the latter we find a hall and just opposite we’ve got the third room, again a double bedroom, also decorated with a typical style of our island.

In the hall, we find the gray bathroom, this time with a comfortable and relaxing bathtub.

In a nutshell, Botana villa No. 7 is a villa situated in the woods and close to the sea that makes our guests enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
