Villa Can Botana 7 is side by side, therefore there is also the opportunity to rent both houses and have space for 12 people + 2 babies.

Hiring a car is not a must, there are public buses that can take you to Pollensa town (L345), The Port, Formentor and some interesting excursions offered by the north of the island of Mallorca.

The Botana Villas complex offers a good combination of beach-mountain. For those who want to enjoy the mountains and the beach this is the best choice. Cyclists and hikers also enjoy this location very much.

They are located within a 2-minute walk from Cala Molins in the foothills of a mountain. The villa is well taken care of and updated and has everything needed for a holiday as enjoyable.

A few years ago it was completely refurbished and it offers a more Mediterranean fresh décor. The owner uses the villa regularly for her own family use which is very important in order to keep the villa constantly updated. In 2011 improvements were made to the flooring, the bathrooms, the toilet and kitchen tiling, the bathroom fittings as well as a wonderful large brand-new kitchen. The purpose of that refurbishment was simply to make sure that our guests not only can enjoy a unique spot, but also a home that offers all the amenities that one needs just to feel home. Since the owner has some kids herself, she realized how important it is to help young families traveling with kids who may need quite a lot of baby products (high chairs, carry cot, bath baby station, baby bottle sterilizer, bed rails, etc…). In botana 8 you can find all these convenient stuff without the need to travel as a pack mule.

Last but not least, we added air conditioning to each bedroom as well as to the living area in order to cope with the hottest summer days.

DESCRIPTION. The ground floor consists of a spacious combined lounge/ dining room area with a lovely fireplace for the chilliest nights. Right in front of the entrance door, there is a kitchen and a little toilet on the right.
The large kitchen has new electrical appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, and dishwasher.
The living room is divided into two areas, one for each function. On one side there is the dining room, furnished with a beautiful wenge table and six comfortable ocher chairs. There is also an old off-white lacquered sideboard under the window, which is very useful for storing kitchen utensils and other household goods.
On the other side, we can find the lounge area with a comfortable three-seater beige sofa on one side of the fireplace and a white leather sofa for two people right in front of it. There are two large windows on each side of the fireplace that provide the room with the light it needs.

The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms. The master room is a light room with double bed which has a brand-new en suite bathroom with bathtub. The adjoining bedroom, the Indian bedroom, is so called because of the style we used to decorate it: lovely colorful ethnic headboards and pictures of India. Both the master room and the room next door have access to a common balcony which overlooks the backyard. Getting out the latter we find a hall and just opposite we can find another double bedroom decorated with a colorful style. This is the only bedroom in the villa overlooking the swimming pool area.
In the hall, we can find a new ikea cradle for the youngest members of the family that can be placed where necessary and another large bathroom with a spacious and comfortable shower.
All in all, Botana villa No. 8 is a lovely villa situated in the woods and close to the sea, an awesome place for young families!
