The complex consists of 12 villas, all offering independent enough privacy for a family vacation, with friends or a romantic getaway. Car hire recommended to visit Pollensa town, The Port, Formentor and some interesting excursions offered by the north of the island of Mallorca.
Botana Villa 12 offers a good combination of beach-mountain. For those who want to enjoy the mountains and the beach, this is the best choice. They are located in the complex Botana, located 2 minutes from Cala Molins in the foothills of a mountain. The villa is fully remodeled and has everything needed for a holiday as enjoyable.
Villa number 12 is the first villa one finds on the left when entering the Can Botana Villas complex. This has always been one of our most popular villas because of its wide garden and the distribution of its back terrace, which provides greater privacy to its guests.
Compared with the other two villas, this is the only one that still keeps the essence of the original houses, decorated in a traditional rustic style with which the villas were designed originally.
The ground floor consists of dining room, kitchen with laundry room, toilet and living room with fireplace and television. The latter is divided into two spaces at different heights, one for each function. On one side is the dining room, furnished with a rustic dining table. The seating consists of six raffia and wooden chairs and a bench. There is also an old off-white lacquered sideboard which is very useful for storing kitchen utensils and other household goods.
The kitchen is also on the ground floor and although it is somewhat a little dated, it has been provided with all necessary cooking utensils and kitchenware to make the stay of our guests as comfortable as possible. It finished in wood and granite countertops and is well maintained and equipped. It is fitted with gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, kettle and a toaster. It is connected to a laundry room where all cleaning supplies and the washing machine are.
The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms (two single beds each), one of which with an en suite bathroom. Both the master room and the room next door have access to a common balcony which overlooks the backyard. All rooms in the house are outward-facing, two of them facing the rear garden and there’s only one of them overlooking the community swimming pool. In the hall we can find a cradle for the youngest members of the family and another large full bathroom.
